He is perhaps most remembered for his eloquent and inspiring speech, “I Have a Dream.” </p> <p>It is important when remembering Dr. King to realize that he was by all means, far from perfect; many other activists and activism groups opposed his ideas. His personal life was flawed and he was no saint.
